London's Best Pubs & Classic British Food
Four pubs, one afternoon, and a great deal of very, very good food. This is the Historic Pub Food Tour: a walk round some of London’s oldest drinking houses, with proper pies, scotch eggs, and three or four drinks along the way, all of it included in the £69 price.
We meet at 1pm every day, and the whole route comes to about 0.6 miles (1km) at a relaxed pace. Allow three hours. Groups are small and the guide is a local, so you get the stories as well as the food: who drank here, what happened in this room, and which landlord makes the best pie.

We cover about 0.6 miles (1km) at a very gentle, relaxed pace with plenty of stops. It’s more about standing and listening in incredible locations than strenuous walking.
This is London, it nearly always rains! Tours in the rain are just as fun, often even more atmospheric, and we still run no matter the weather. Just bring a brolly (British slang for an umbrella).
Children are welcome to join the tour, but please message us beforehand. Do note that the legal drinking age in the UK is 18, so we’ll only be able to provide the history and soft drinks for younger guests.
