Four pubs, one afternoon, and a great deal of very good food. This is the Food Tour: a gentle walk round some of London’s oldest drinking houses, with proper pies, scotch eggs, and three or four drinks along the way — all of it included in the £79 price.
We meet at 1pm every day, and the whole route comes to about 0.6 miles (1km) at a relaxed pace. Allow three hours. Groups are small and the guide is a local, so you get the stories as well as the food: who drank here, what happened in this room, and which landlord makes the best pie.

This is London — it rains sooner or later, and the tours run whatever the weather. A rainy day rather suits an old pub. Bring a brolly (British for umbrella).
